What’s my purpose as a coach?
My goal is to help you live life to the fullest. We work together to discover what is blocking you from doing that. You get clear, make changes, and enjoy life more.
What do I value?
Helping People: I have always been driven by how I can help people. In every position I have had its been a driving force to figure out how I can help people more. Coaching for me fulfills one of the primary things that drives me. I know that I am making a difference in the world.
Healthy Living: I eat a whole foods plant based diet that saved me from multiple chronic health issues. I meditate daily, get outside in nature, pay attention to my emotional and spiritual health, laugh as much as possible, and talk to a coach when I need help.
Savoring Life: I purposely live a slower paced life that I used to. This allows me give from a place of being full and nourished. I’m happy to be writing this from my back patio. I treasure quality time with family and friends. I consider each coaching session with a client to be quality time I value too.
Doing Passionate Work: I’ve had jobs that I’ve hated, ones that were ok, and some I partially enjoyed. It just didn’t work for me to be in them. Having work that inspires me makes a big difference.
